I want to change my email address
You can change the email address of your account by going to Account > My Account.
An email address can only be associated with one account. If you want to change your email address, but receive the error message that there is already an account for that email address, there are two ways to proceed:
- Keep both accounts: log on with your other account. Change the email address there. Now, the email address you'd like to change to is available again. Log on with the first account again, and change your email address.
- Remove one account: send an email from the email address associated with the account you'd like to remove to email@example.com with the request to have your account removed. We'll suspend your account, so the email address becomes available again.
