U110 – Storage error / storing answers not supported on this platform

Your browser cache may be corrupted. Try clearing your cache for the BookWidgets website.

If you receive the error above or a similar error message relating to storage of data, try clearing your browser cache for https://www.bookwidgets.com.

The instructions below apply to Chrome as a browser. If you use a different browser, instructions for clearing the browser cache may vary.

  1. Open the widget, so that the error above is on screen.
  2. Open the developer tools window, for example through F12 or right-clicking anywhere in the widget and selecting Inspect.
  3. Click the Application tab.
  4. Click Storage in the column on the left.
  5. Click Clear site data.
  6. Reload the page.
