U099 – My students' access is blocked when opening a widget from within Google Classroom
Due to a policy change by Google, starting October 23rd 2023, students that are under 18 years old can no longer sign in to BookWidgets using their Google account unless a Google Workspace administrator has approved BookWidgets.
To ensure that your students keep access to BookWidgets, your administrator needs to mark BookWidgets as a trusted application in Google Workspace.
If your students experience an error "Access blocked: Authorization Error" (with code access_not_configured or admin_policy_enforced), as shown in the images below, please contact your Google Workspace administrator, and ask them to mark BookWidgets as a trusted application.
